Show the nice and the ugly
"I have always thought I’m quite open with everything in my life. I have nothing to hide. I’m always quite keen to show the nice and the ugly. I’m also quite aware of my body and how it may not be the typical able bodied body. Which is why I want to show it as is. To show that there are many types of bodies. Shooting at home in my quiet moments, made me feel more vulnerable than I expected. My room has always been my safe space. Where I’m quiet and alone and most myself. Especially after coming out on The Straits Times (national newspapers) and doing (LGBT) Pink Dot (event) and the increase in publicity after the Rio Paralympics, I treasure the times I have to myself a lot more."
